Orders are dispatched the next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery time:

  • 4–10 business days for domestic (within India) orders

   Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Tracking info will be shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the second-hand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for resolution.

All items at Vintage Thriftiee are carefully curated and may show minor signs of previous use (e.g., slight fading, loose threads, or small marks).

We do not sell counterfeit or replica items. All branded items are genuine, pre-owned products sold under the first-sale doctrine.
