Refund policy

At Vintage Thriftiee, we specialize in vintage and second-hand items. Due to the nature of these products, items may show minor signs of wear, which are considered normal and not defects.


Returns

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be not as described
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or incorrect items

Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement if eligible.


Exchanges

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product (not shown in images)

To get a different item, you can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Replacement products will be delivered within 6 days after approval.


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fitting issues
  • Minor thrift marks / signs of wear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Items clearly shown with defects in product images

Exceptions

As per applicable consumer laws:

  • Claims cannot be made for defects already shown or described
  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed and credited within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost returns
