Cancellation Policy

At Vintage Thriftiee, every piece is carefully handpicked, pre-owned, and one of a kind. Once an item is purchased, it is immediately removed from our inventory and reserved exclusively for the buyer.

No Cancellations

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because each vintage and thrifted item is unique and available in limited quantity, we are unable to hold, restock, or resell items during the order processing period. For this reason, customers are encouraged to review all product details, measurements, photographs, and descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.

Order Commitment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item has been reviewed thoroughly before purchase.

  • The purchase is final and cannot be cancelled.

  • The item is a unique vintage or thrifted piece that may not be available again.         

Exceptions

We will only review requests in exceptional circumstances where:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item arrives significantly different from the description provided.

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.

Any such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and supporting information.

Sizing Information
Because most of our items are vintage or secondhand, the sizing might not align with current standard charts.

We provide detailed measurements and fit notes for every item to help guide your purchase.
Please review these before making a decision or feel free to contact us if you need assistance with sizing.

Item Condition
We pride ourselves on bringing you only the best pre-loved items in superb condition. While most pieces are in excellent shape, please note that some may show minor signs of previous use, like small marks or slight fading. These little imperfections add to the character and charm of each unique item!

We do not sell anything with significant damage (unless it’s clearly indicated in the listing).
